Save the date for Sunday, October 26 from 11 to 3 pm at the Nampa PetSmart for our second annual Rescue Rally! Everyone had a great time last year so we’re doing it again this year. We’ll be holding a pet/human costume contest that starts at Noon as well as raffles and pet adoptions. We’ll have therapy dogs you can love on as treats for kids and if you’d like a snack we’ll even have a few food trucks. We’ll also offer pet vaccinations and microchips. We’ll be back at the Boise Towne Square Mall on Saturday, 9/13 for another low cost vaccine/microchip and pet adoption event! We’ll be there from 11 to 2 pm with a veterinarian on hand to administer the vaccines and microchips. A brief exam will be completed by the vet prior to the vaccinations.

If you’re looking for a new pet to add to your family, we’ll have cats, kittens and a dog or two for you to meet.

We haven’t had a vaccine/microchip and adoption event in a bit, so we’re starting off September with one at Hounds Town in Garden City on 9/6 from 11-3. The animals below are samples of the many animals we’ve been able to save. Canyon West of Cascadia has invited us back to their facility for another adoption event! The last one was very successful and we’re thrilled to be able to return to Caldwell. We’ll be there on Sunday, 8/24 from 11 to 3 with some adorable tail waggers and purring kitties for you to meet. If you’re looking for a new furry best friend, please drop by.

Stop by Ste. Chapelle Winery for a casual adoption event on Sunday, 8/17 from 1 - 4 pm. We’ll only be bringing a few dogs for you to meet, but it’s a wonderful relaxing venue with delicious wine. And you can bring your own dog too! If you haven’t been to Ste. Chapelle or it’s been a while, we’re sure you’ll love the grounds with their breathtaking valley scenery. We hope to see you there!

Park behind the Mall in the Yellow parking lot and use the Yellow entrance as it will put you on the second level near the store front.

We will be back in Boise at the Boise Towne Square Mall on Sunday, July 27 from 11 am to 3 pm offering low cost vaccinations and microchips as well as showcasing adoptable cats, dogs and kittens. (This is one of our few air conditioned indoor venues, so we are excited that whatever Mother Nature has in store that weekend, we and the animals are not going to be affected.)

If you have a new pet who needs their vaccinations or your current pet needs an update, we’ll be there to help you out. (See the graphic for the cost of each type of vaccine.) 

In case you need to microchip your pet, it’s only $35. (The price usually ranges from $50-$70 at a vet’s office.) If your pet happens to go missing in the future, you’ll have peace of mind knowing it’ll only be a quick scan and your pet will be back home quickly. A veterinarian administers both the vaccines and the microchips.

We’ll be bringing kittens, cats and dogs for you to meet and perhaps fall head over heels in love with. Are you in the Caldwell area and looking for a new pet? Well, we’ve got you covered. And you’re willing to drive from Boise to meet your potential new best friend anyway, right? Canyon West of Cascadia has invited us to bring some of our fur babies who are looking for their forever home to visit them from 10 to Noon on Saturday, 7/19. Please stop by! Check out all our adoptable animals under the Adopt menu. We will be bringing some of the members of the Kitten Class of ‘25 to this event because it’s absolutely kitten season.

Lake Lowell Animal Rescue will be visiting Meriwether Cider Company on July 12 from 12 to 3 pm offering low cost vaccinations and microchips as well as bringing adoptable cats, dogs and kittens for you to meet. (We had to change the hours and are now starting at Noon.)

WE’RE SORRY, BUT WE WON’T BE ABLE TO ATTEND THIS EVENT. The Celebration of Life memorial service for our dear friend Serena Bennett will be held on this day and overlaps with this event. We would like to give all our volunteers the opportunity to attend Serena’s Celebration of Life, so we will not be attending the Trunk Sale.

We’ll be at Clubhound at 415 E. Remington St. in Garden City on Saturday, May 31 from 3 to 6 pm as they announce the winners of the Barkitecture pet structure design contest. There will be an auction for the structures, raffles, food and more. Entry is free but to bring your dog you’ll either need a Clubhound membership or a day pass. Bring a food or supply donation for us and receive a free raffle ticket. We’ll be bringing a few adorable adoptable dogs for you to meet too! Join us at the Cruising for a Cause, Saving Paws Benefit Car Show at the Boise Hawks Memorial Stadium on Sat., May 31 from 9 am to 1 pm. We’ll have a booth and will be bringing a few adoptable dogs for you to meet.

Join us on Saturday, May 10 between Noon and 2 pm at Larry’s Chevron in Nampa for a mini meet and greet of three of our rescued dogs. We look forward to seeing you there!
