All volunteers must be 18 or older or supervised by a parent/guardian.
We can not thank you enough for your willingness to volunteer at Lake Lowell Animal Rescue! We wish to make this as easy as possible but at the same time, there are a few legal requirements regarding liability and the maintaining of our liability insurance. Please fill out this information sheet for our records. This sheet will never be made public, nor will your information ever be shared. In the event of an emergency and IF an ambulance must be called however, your name and emergency contact information will be needed by the EMT. The EMT will also need a list of all medications. Please have a list in your wallet.
