Lake Lowell Animal Rescue will be at Boise Towne Square Mall, 350 N Milwaukee St., on Saturday, March 21 from 11 am to 2 pm offering low cost vaccinations and microchips for your pets. There will also be adoptable cats, puppies and dogs for you to meet.

We’ll be using a storefront next to the Handmade Idaho store on the first level The closest parking is in the Red lot on the second level between JC Penney and the former Kohl’s store. Enter the Red Entrance and take the escalator in front of Kohl’s downstairs. The storefront will be on your left hand side.

If you have a new pet who needs their vaccinations or your current pet needs an update, we’ll be there to help you out. (See the graphic for the cost of each type of vaccine.) 

In case you’d like to microchip your pet, it’s only $35. (The price usually ranges from $50-$70 at a vet’s office.) If your pet happens to go missing in the future, you’ll have peace of mind knowing it’ll only be a quick scan and your pet will be back home soon. A veterinarian administers both the vaccines and the microchips, and your pet will be given a quick exam prior to their vaccination. If the pre-registration spots have been filled, you may drop in at the event but we do take the pre-registered pets first, so you may have to wait until those pets are completed. We do have a clinic once a month, so there will be other opportunities to pre-register at a different event. Once the weather is better, we often have two clinics a month since we can hold them outside.
